I find incredible joy in helping people change their lives. -- Dr. Barnes

SANDY SPURGEON MCDANIEL

The thing I respect most in Alan’s coaching is that he listens! He has a way of asking that penetrating question you somehow managed not to ask yourself, and meets every moment without judgment. He’s a wonderful person and has definitely helped me to change the fabric of my life to being more loving.  I love you Dr. Barnes!  -- Sandy Spurgeon McDaniel, Parenting SOS

MICHAEL I.

Dr. Barnes is so great to work with. He took the time to help me get to a root cause and most intimate reason for why I wanted to change my life. This really did provide the motivation I needed to change my eating habits and lose over 50 lbs. His own journey has also provided inspiration for me. Thanks Dr. B. -- Michael I.

PAUL S.

Dr. Barnes has not only been a coach but a great mentor. He has shared the same problem and pains that his patients have. I love his lead by example style of coaching. The help especially on meal planning and overcoming the day to day problems is so helpful.

Most helpful was how he taught proper mindset and how to get through mental blocks that have kept me fat. Finally a solution and answer to my health. Thanks Doctor Alan for everything you've helped with on my journey to a better lifestyle. -- Paul S.

MITCH L.

I look forward to every conversation Alan and I have. His unique ability to identify mental barriers and talk you through them is incredible. He's helped me think differently about what's possible for myself and how to take action. He truly cares about the people he works which has been a breath of fresh air in this space. -- Mitch L., Traveloars

Obviously these testimonials are tongue-in-cheek and the webmaster having fun. Real testimonials are above.

CAPTAIN AMERICA

Dr. Barnes is amazing. When I came out of the ice, I didn't know which way was up. He helped me get my head back in the game. Even now, I still have coaching sessions with him because dealing with Tony Stark is a bitch and running the Avengers is high stress. Plus, his wife makes amazing chocolate chip cookies.

Former FAt GUY

I had no idea what Keto even was. Seriously. I just sat on the couch all day eating takeout and bingeing Netflix. But, then I got to the end of Netflix. I thought Netflix was like the Internet and went on forever. It doesn't. Well, it does if you watch some of the dodgy categories. But who really watches anime anyway? So, being the fat nerdy guy, I was cruising Reddit and I happened across a post that a friend of mine shared and it was all about Dr. Barnes and his weight loss. I was curious. I mean, I love bacon. Who doesn't?  So, I scheduled a phone call.

Then, I took his course and I've lost 200 pounds.

And now I work for the Avengers. Well, I'm tech support for Stark Industries, but it's awesome. I said, "Hi" to the Black Widow yesterday. She totally knows my name. Well, she calls me. "Tech Guy", but I'm the only one she calls that.

BRUCE BANNER

I have a lot of respect for Steve Rogers. So, when I got back from my unintended sabbatical, I needed someone to talk to. Steve suggested I talk to Dr. Barnes, because he has a way of just getting inside your head. And he totally understands The Other Guy and that someone can have different parts to their personalities and even demons inside them. He has really helped me discover my WHY. That was huge for me (pun intended).

I WAS ANGRY BUT NOW I'M NOT

I loved learning about the human needs. Totally rocked my boat and helped me view my life and other people differently. I had some hang-ups about my family and my past and Dr. Barnes really helped me understand who I am and what really matters.
